  • The complaint should be made with the product bill slip within 7 days of product purchase.
  • If there is any problem with the quality of the product, the company’s QC team will inspect the product and replace the product within 15 days.
  • Both returns and refunds can be made once at most.

In the case of fish and meat, the buyer will take a look at his own responsibility, no objection will be accepted later.
